USA: ‘ AMAZON INCREASE PROFITS & SHARES RISE ‘

USA: ‘ GOOGLE MISSES PROFIT EXPECTATIONS & SHARES DROP ‘

#AceFinanceNews – USA:Jan.30:The search giant unveiled adjusted fourth-quarter profits per share of $6.88, missing analysts’ expectations calling for $7.12.

Revenues excluding traffic acquisition costs came in at $14.48 billion, also under Street views for $14.74 billion. Google shares dropped 3.75% after hours.

RUSSIA: ‘ FINANCE MINISTER SAYS THEY WOULD NOT RULE OUT A BAIL-OUT TO GREECE ‘

#AceFinanceNews – RUSSIA: Jan.30: Greece hasn’t outright asked Russia for a loan, but Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said Moscow wouldn’t rule it out. His statement comes days after Greece openly opposed further economic sanctions against Russia.

"Well, we can imagine any situation, so if such [a] petition is submitted to the Russian government, we will definitely consider it, but we will take into account all the factors of our bilateral relationships between Russia and Greece, so that is all I can say. If it is submitted we will consider it," Siluanov told CNBC in an interview in Moscow on Thursday.

Russia-Greece Deal:

Russia gave Greece a very valuable card to play in the EU when it announced its South Stream pipeline will be re-routed through Turkey, with a gas hub expected to be built on the border between Turkey and Greece.
